Meet Our Founder

Hi There!

I'm Nathalie, a passionate advocate for empowering young people and adults to strengthen their ability to communicate.

Through personalized coaching,
I help my clients build confidence, develop essential life skills, and pursue opportunities for employment, independence, social connection,
and further education.

As a licensed and nationally credentialled Speech Language Pathologist,
I specialize in providing tailored support and guidance to individuals
navigating communication difficulties and differences.

Why LifeSpeak?

LifeSpeak exists to expand the possibilities of what people think communication support can look like.

It’s not about checklists or mastering scripts. It’s about building the tools and mindset to connect, advocate, question, collaborate, and grow.

At LifeSpeak, we:

  • Support communication as a growing skillset that evolves with you, well beyond childhood, IEPs, or graduation.

  • Center the lived experiences and goals of neurodivergent clients

  • Empower individuals to reshape systems, not just survive them

  • Help families feel less alone and more equipped through every transition

  • Support educators, organizations, and professionals with real tools for inclusive communication

More About Nathalie

I’m also a university clinical educator, podcast co-host (🎙️ LeadSpeak: A Leadership Podcast for School-Based SLPs), and proud advocate for policy change that improves services for disabled individuals. I’ve led large speech-language departments, coached new clinicians, and built bridges across disciplines to create more connected support systems.

But at the heart of it all—I’m someone who believes that everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and capable of shaping their own path.

If you’re looking for a partner who sees the full picture of your young person’s potential—or your organization’s capacity for change—you’re in the right place.

Let’s build what’s next. Together.

Changing the Conversation Around Communication

I founded LifeSpeak because I saw too many neurodivergent young people with incredible potential being misunderstood, underserved, or expected to simply "get by" once they aged out of traditional support systems.

I knew there had to be a better way—one that saw communication as the key to independence, confidence, and a meaningful life.

As a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with over 12 years of experience in public education, clinical leadership, and university instruction, I’ve worked alongside families, educators, and teams navigating the complex transitions from childhood into adulthood.

Again and again, I saw the same missing piece: a need for communication-focused, neurodiversity-affirming, outcomes-based support that evolves with each stage of life.

So, I built it.
